Global Candlelight Vigil for Peace: Sunday, March 16 -- 7:00 PM Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Reverend Robert Edgar, and other religious leaders call for candlelight vigils around the world on march 16th to say yes to peace -- and no to war with Iraq.

So far, 1195 vigils have been scheduled in 52 countries.

Move On. A good site to bookmark. They organized the 'virtual march' today which had lots o people calling and faxing their elected representatives. I found out about the March in Sacramento through this site. I need to check back more often.

Don Rumsfeld compares Germany to Libya and Cuba. Except Germany has troops on the ground in Afghanistan and is allowing the US to use their bases in Germany for whatever it wants in the Iraq war. Rumsfeld needs to read up on the whole baby with the bath water thing.
